Roger CookEducated at Culford School, Roger Cook, qualified as a Chartered Accountant before working for some years as a chief accountant in industry. Roger became a partner in 1980 and has a lifetime’s experience of business and farming accounts, audit and tax work. Outside the office, Roger’s interests are in sport, music and getting the lines in the lawn just right!
Stephen CookStephen Cook qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 after having read History at Cambridge University. Stephen deals with all aspects of accounts, audit and taxation including charities. In his spare time, Stephen is an Ipswich Town Season Ticket holder and a keen ‘parkrunner’.
Claire ReadClaire Read, qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1993. Claire spent 30 years in regional practice giving her a broad-based experience of accounts and tax work. She then spent 4 years in industry before returning to practice when she joined us in September 2018. Outside of work Claire is a keen Charlton Athletic supporter and enjoys music, travelling and days out.
Liz NaletAfter graduating from Aston University with a degree in French and Business Administration, Liz Nalet worked for ten years in a multinational pharmaceutical company as a buyer. Liz joined us in 2008 and specialises in payroll, VAT and all aspects of using cloud-based accounting. As well as enjoying travelling and gardening, Liz is also a keen ‘parkrunner’.
Denise PeckDenise Peck will be the first friendly face you see when you visit our office. Since 2012 Denise has been providing first class support for the partners and the rest of the office. Denise loves spending time with her grandchildren, enjoys gardening and keeping fit, and is an adventurous cook.
Polly CookPolly Cook, spent a decade working in IT following graduation (in Ancient History & Archaeology) before moving to the charity sector. Polly assists the partners with accounts, audit and tax work. A lively dog named Leonard keeps Polly on her toes outside work.
